Class descriptions

Tips for choosing the right class for you. Firstly, find a day and time that works with your schedule so that it is easy for you to attend. Secondly, type of exercise - every class offered will improve your strength, balance, and mobility. The benefits are numerous but only if you come! So its best to choose a class that you will enjoy. You can try each class to find out what suits you best. Options are taught throughout so pick a time, a class, and commit to attending for the most benefits and results.
