Infrared Sauna
At Halcyon Wellness, our Infrared Sauna experience is designed to support you to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore from within.
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared heat gently warms the body directly by using infrared light waves, creating a deeper, more comfortable therapeutic experience.
The gentle warmth encourages relaxation, circulation, recovery, and nervous system support — helping you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and re-energised.
Pricing: 15-30mins $35 | 30-45mins $45 Max 4 people. Allow 10mins for the sauna to heat up.

The Benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy
Deep Relaxation & Stress Relief Infrared heat helps calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and support emotional wellbeing. Better sleep has been linked to sauna use.
Recovery, Pain Relief & Muscle Support The deep penetrating warmth increases circulation and helps deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, supporting natural healing and recovery.
Circulation & Heart Health Infrared heat gently increases heart rate and circulation in a way similar to light cardiovascular exercise. Improved blood flow supports overall wellbeing and may assist cardiovascular health and reduce blood pressure.
Skin Health & Natural Detoxification Sweating is one of the body’s natural ways of releasing impurities. Infrared heat encourages a deep sweat while remaining at a more comfortable temperature than traditional saunas.
A Gentler Sauna Experience Unlike traditional steam saunas, infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures while still creating a deep therapeutic sweat. This makes the experience more comfortable, easier to breathe in, and accessible for many people who struggle with traditional heat-based saunas.
Fighting off illness
Saunas reduce oxidative stress associated with degenerative diseases, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Studys show regular sauna use can help you avoid the common cold.
Important Information
Ideal Frequency: For general wellness, an optimal routine is typically 3 to 4 sessions per week.
Duration & Hydration: Sessions usually last between 15 and 40 minutes. Because you sweat out significant fluids, it is vital to drink plenty of water before and after your session to prevent dehydration.
Medical Considerations: Because saunas increase your core temperature and heart rate, individuals with heart conditions, MS, are pregnant or trying to conceive, or any underlying medical conditions should consult their doctor before use.
If you are sick please wait until you feel better.
